All students are required to obtain Framingham State University Identification Cards. ID Cards are the property of Framingham State University, 是不可转让的, and must be returned to the Office of the 注册商 upon withdrawal from Framingham State.

Day and evening students will have the initial ID photo taken at orientation. ID Cards are distributed at the end of the student’s orientation or can be picked up at the ID Office up to 15 business days following orientation. There is no charge for the initial ID card. 居民, 通勤, 教师, 工作人员, 承包商, and replacement identification cards are produced at the Framingham State 大学警察 Department’s ID Office located in the 麦卡锡中心 (CC100A), adjacent to the 大学警察 Station.

To obtain an ID card, please fill out the 新学生证申请表. The form is also available at the ID Office on the ground floor of the 麦卡锡中心 (CC100A). The form should be returned to the ID Office during business hours.
